● 線上研討會講者簡介（SPEAKER）

台灣TW：邵長平

簡歷：

　　‧ 國立成功大學醫學院基礎醫學研究所博士
　　‧ 國立臺南護理專科學校分子生物實驗室主持人

專長於微生免疫物學、分子生物學、生物化學、咖啡烘焙化學以及水質化學。

除擔任大專副教授外，近年來亦積極投入咖啡寫作以及教學工作。

曾任C3咖啡誌專欄作家。自2016年起陸續開設「梅納反應」、「咖啡成分與健康」以及「水質與咖啡萃取」等講座課程。

亦曾擔任國立高雄餐旅大學亞洲咖啡認證課程教材編輯委員。

2017至2019連續三年受邀至香港擔任Coffee Power 咖啡大賽烘焙評審。

2020年開始發展咖啡染色體分型分析技術，2022年開設「咖啡品種講座」。

Professional Experience

Orieta is a Texas A&M Food scientist, and third-generation coffee grower. She has worked for over 30 years in the food industry, and last 15 years has worked for Honduras Institute of Coffee (IHCAFE), in charge of quality system for laboratory, under ISO standards and supported various programs . In December 2020, she was elected as Alianza de Mujeres en Café (AMUCAFE) IWCA Honduras Chapter president of board of directors. Over 400 women, representing the whole coffee production chain (growers, exporters, brokees, baristas, cuppers and roasters), with the common goal of empowering women. She has lead AMUCAFE in visualization and strengthening the abilities of our women in coffee, empowering them through education and access to market, and the implementation of gender policy in our sector.
